Dave’s main responsibilities at H&G are to reduce errors, target long range projects and assist Mr. Manzo with everyday industry headaches. His pastimes are fishing and following bloodlines of racehorses he once owned.
A mentor once told Dave to “always put your employees first, ahead of yourself and you will have a successful company”. He is a firm believer in this philosophy.
